This is to be used as topping for any rolls or bread. A nice restaurant was known for their rolls and my mom would bring home leftovers and worked on this mixture for years. She finally came up with something better than the restaurant and she never went back! My mom makes large bread braids for thanksgiving and coats the top before baking. I dip the tops of my frozen ready-to-bake rolls.
4 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Brush bread with melted butter and top with mixture before baking.
